Welcome to Sheele. We take great pride in crafting and curating premium leather goods. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched from our facility to ensure your investment arrives in immaculate condition.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship to all physical addresses and PO Boxes within Australia.

Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all orders Australia-wide.

Note: We do not currently offer automated international shipping through our checkout. If you are located outside of Australia, please contact us through our contact page for a custom freight quote.

2. Processing, Tracking & Delivery Timeframes

Every Sheele piece is handcrafted to order in limited artisan batches.

Estimated Delivery: 7 to 21 business days total

How your timeframe works:

Crafting & Dispatch: 7 to 14 business days (Tracking sent upon dispatch)

Standard Shipping: Delivers within the total 7 to 21 business day window

Note: Crafting time is already included in your total delivery estimate—no extra wait required.

3. Tracking & Delivery Security

Because Sheele packages contain high-value premium leather items, all shipments are sent with full tracking functionality.

Delivery Scans: Once a carrier records a successful delivery scan to your provided address, Sheele cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen or missing from the property. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely to ensure someone is home to receive the package.

4. Incorrect Information & Reshipment

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, or a failure to collect the item from a local post office locker within the carrier’s holding window, a flat $15.00 AUD redelivery fee will apply to ship the item back out to you.
